Sandcastle Coffee Shop Our Coffee Shop serves breakfast a la carte daily, as well as a breakfast buffet during season and our busier times. Enjoy traditional fare such as Steak & Eggs, Omelettes, Belgian Waffles and fresh fruit plates. For lunch, we offer sandwiches, entrees, appetizers and a “lighter side” menu. Both meals are served indoors or outdoors on our “Floridian Sidewalk Café.” Candlelight Restaurant and Lounge During the evening, relax with a cocktail in our Lounge and enjoy a carefully prepared meal in the Candlelight Dining Room. Our diverse menu and    daily specials will please even the most discriminating appetite. Sandcastle Pool Bar Because it is difficult to leave the beautiful beach and pool area for refreshments, our Pool Bar is open from 11:30am daily until dusk, serving cocktails and a light menu.
